Daniel Villao is a founding member of the IDIF Board of Directors and is also the Chief Executive Officer and Principal at Intelligent Partnerships, Inc. Daniel formerly served as the Deputy Administrator in the Office of Apprenticeship for the U.S. Department of Labor under both Democratic and Republican Administrations, is a published author and considered a national authority on workforce and supply chain inclusion design.

With decades of experience in policy development, Daniel has had proven success in innovative supplier-access design and training. Daniel successfully led teams that redesigned federal workforce support systems helping major employers such as Microsoft, Lufthansa, Zurich,and AON adopt new models of workforce development systems that benefit America's workers and employers. Daniel specializes in implementing an innovative and accessible equity policy and workforce design that transforms businesses and adds value to all aspects of organizations. Daniel has dedicated his career to analyzing the ever-changing landscape of the workplace and helping organizations navigate the world of work, creating jobs that make sense in emerging models and redefining the role of HR into a market capture facilitator.

Daniel Villao is the author of the acclaimed Beyond Green Jobs, which addresses a systems approach to diversity and inclusion in the construction sector in a future world defined by climate change. Daniel currently serves on the Executive Board of IDiF, Inc (Institute for Diversity & Inclusion in Finance). He has served on the National Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) and was previously Chairman of the National Board of Directors for the Association of Latino Professionals for American (ALPFA), in addition was appointed to serve on the Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs and is a former member of Coro Los Angeles' Board of Directors.
